Alejandra Peralta-Werns, PT, DPT, is originally from Brookfield, WI, Alejandra earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, following a successful undergraduate journey with a B.S. in Kinesiology, focusing on Exercise Science, and a minor in Business. Alejandra finds joy in her work, particularly when working with athletes and active adults, guiding them in their journey back to their sports and active lifestyles. Her approach to physical therapy involves creative movement and exercise tailored to each patient’s individual needs, with a strong focus on safe performance and sports readiness. Beyond her professional pursuits, Alejandra embraces an active lifestyle, engaging in various outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. Her passion for sports extends to basketball and track, which she participated in during high school, while currently finding fulfillment in powerlifting. Additionally, Alejandra has a soft spot for discovering hidden gem coffee shops and indulging in sweets. Her warm and cheerful personality shines through both inside and outside of work, with a genuine love for laughter.
