Megan Fulhorst, PT, DPT, joins the Axes team at the St. Peters West location, returning to serve the community she grew up in around St. Peters. Megan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in May 2024 from the University of Evansville in Indiana. She is passionate about outpatient physical therapy, particularly the opportunity it provides to build enduring relationships with patients and empower them towards active, pain-free lifestyles. Outside of her professional endeavors, Megan is deeply rooted in spending quality time with her family, fiancé, and friends. She loves outdoor activities, enjoys Marvel movies, plays board games, and delves into good books in her leisure time.
