Hazelwood, MO Physical Therapy Clinic – New and Improved Location
On May 18, 2020, we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be relocating our Hazelwood, MO clinic into a new, larger and more convenient location for those living and working with the north St. Louis region. As part of the revitalization of the Village Square Shopping Center occurring in 2020, our Axes Physical Therapy location will be easily accessible from Lindbergh and Interstate 270.
This facility will remain a full-service physical therapy clinic with ample room for recovery following an injury or surgery. With experienced clinical staff, including physical therapists and occupational therapists, Axes Physical Therapy will continue to pursue its mission of improving and impacting lives through hands-on, personalized treatment programs.
Clinical specialties are orthopedic (adult and pediatric) physical therapy, occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, industrial rehabilitation for work related injuries, in addition to clinical sub-specialties that enhance recovery and limit your time away from activity and the activities you enjoy.
John Teepe, MPT will continue to direct the clinic and treat patients. He’s been a Hazelwood mainstay, having worked in the region over the years, developing countless relationships with the members of the local community. His experience and expertise in managing injuries and post-surgical conditions will ensure positive outcomes.
