Abby Kirtley, PT, DPT, is a full-time physical therapist at the Axes St. Charles clinic. Originally from Kansas City, MO, Abby earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Maryville University in 2023. After graduation, she spent time as a travel physical therapist, gaining valuable experience treating patients across the country—from coast to coast, including a memorable stretch practicing in the mountains. Abby enjoys the one-on-one connection outpatient therapy provides and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love. She brings a well-rounded perspective to her care, shaped by her time treating diverse populations in a variety of clinical settings.

 

Outside the clinic, Abby loves hiking, spending time outdoors, being with her husband and family, and cheering on her hometown team—the Kansas City Chiefs.
