Alexa Rubin, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist at Axes Physical Therapy in St. Louis City. Originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, Alexa earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2026.

Alexa is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation and plans to focus her career on hand therapy. She enjoys providing personalized, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them regain function and independence in the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, reading, attending theatrical productions, and exploring all that St. Louis has to offer.
