Alexis Sein, PT, DPT, is a full-time physical therapist at the Axes Affton clinic. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Alexis has lived in Chile, Mexico, Spain, and the United States, bringing a global perspective and deep appreciation for cultural diversity to his work. He completed the direct-admit Physical Therapy program at Saint Louis University, earning a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2023 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025. Alexis enjoys the continuity of care that outpatient physical therapy offers—building strong therapist-patient relationships and tailoring care to individual needs. He is passionate about the variety this setting provides, from post-operative rehab to athletic injuries and preventative care, and thrives in a collaborative environment where he can learn from and challenge his peers. Outside the clinic, Alexis is an avid mover and competitor—he enjoys running, lifting, and playing competitive pickleball. A dedicated dog lover, he also offers dog boarding and hopes to breed dogs in the future. He values time with friends, community, and connecting with people from all walks of life.
