Katie Lause, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist serving the Axes Washington and Union clinics, while also floating to other locations as needed. Originally from Washington, MO, Katie earned her Master’s degree from Rockhurst University in 2022 and now resides in Union.

Katie enjoys the variety and flexibility that outpatient therapy provides and is passionate about treating the whole person—not just the injury. She values building relationships with her patients and seeing the meaningful impact therapy can have on their daily lives and independence.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active through sand volleyball, indoor volleyball, and spending time outdoors. An early riser, her favorite part of the day is a quiet 5 a.m. workout at the gym before the day gets started.
