Lexi Lanzafame, PT, DPT, is a full-time physical therapist at the Axes South County clinic. Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Lexi attended Notre Dame High School before continuing her education at Southwest Baptist University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2023 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2026.

A former collegiate soccer player, Lexi understands firsthand the important role physical therapy can play in recovering from injury and returning to sport. She is passionate about helping patients recover stronger, improve their quality of life, and confidently return to the activities they love. Lexi especially enjoys working with athletes and helping patients develop healthy movement habits that support long-term success and reduce the risk of reinjury.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys reading, working out, watching movies and TV, playing golf and pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
