Madison Walsh, PT, DPT, is a full-time physical therapist at the Axes O’Fallon clinic. Originally from Troy, MO, Maddi earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University in 2023. She is certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment approach for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. Maddi is passionate about helping patients regain their ability to do what matters most—whether it’s returning to work, playing with grandkids, getting back to sports, or simply moving through daily life with greater ease. Maddi values building strong relationships with her patients and strives to make the rehab process as positive and empowering as possible.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
