Meghan Gravlin, DPT, CSMT, is a float physical therapist serving Axes Physical Therapy clinics throughout St. Charles County and Northwest St. Louis County. Since joining Axes in 2020, Meghan has been dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals through personalized, evidence-based care and a positive rehabilitation experience.

Originally from Florissant and now a resident of St. Peters, Meghan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri in 2011. MIZ! She holds certifications in both manual therapy and dry needling and believes that combining hands-on treatment techniques with targeted exercise creates the best path to successful outcomes. Known for bringing humor and energy to her sessions, Meghan strives to make therapy both effective and enjoyable while helping patients move with confidence.

Outside the clinic, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and their three children, Emily, Ashley, and Jack. She stays active in her community by volunteering at school and church events and coaching a variety of youth sports teams.
