Mike Frossard, MPT, CEAS, is the Clinical Director of Axes Physical Therapy in Ashland, MO—our first location serving the mid-Missouri region. With more than 25 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and industrial rehabilitation, Mike brings trusted, outcomes-focused care to the Ashland community.

A long-time Columbia resident, Mike is passionate about supporting individuals and employers across mid-Missouri. He earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University and holds advanced certifications in ergonomics (CEAS), Kinesiotaping, and the Graston Technique. He specializes in treating injured workers and guiding patients through safe, confident returns to work and activity.

Outside the clinic, Mike is active in the community, coaching youth baseball and softball. He enjoys running, triathlons, and spending time with his wife, Debbie, and their three children.
