Nicholas Grove, PT, DPT, is a full-time physical therapist at the Axes St. Charles clinic. A St. Charles native, Nicholas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri before completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis in 2026.

Nicholas is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and achieve their personal goals through education and individualized care. He enjoys working with a wide range of patients, including athletes, weekend warriors, post-surgical patients, and older adults. He also has experience treating temporomandibular disorders (TMD/TMJ) and is committed to continuing his professional development through advanced training in manual therapy and dry needling.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys playing golf and pickleball, watching sporting events, and spending time with his fiancée.
