A native to Cottage Grove, Minnesota, Rachel received her masters degree from Rockhurst University in 2005. Rachel was a 3 sport athlete while in college (volleyball, basketball, track and field) and worked in the training room throughout which assisted with her passion for working with athletes. Since graduation, Rachel has worked in a variety of Physical Therapy settings from outpatient rehab, workers compensation, home health, and is now back to her true passion with Axes outpatient rehab. Outside of physical therapy, Rachel enjoys coaching club volleyball and watching her 4 kids grow in the sports they love.
