Born and raised in St. Charles, Shelby Reynolds is the full-time Front Office Supervisor at our St. Charles clinic. She holds an Associate of Arts in Creative Writing from St. Charles Community College and loves building meaningful relationships with patients while being a friendly, supportive presence throughout their care. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys reading, writing, and recently completed her first book, now in the editing phase. She loves to travel—especially to Hawaii and Sicily—and plays Dungeons & Dragons weekly. Shelby is passionate about spreading kindness and creating a welcoming space for everyone she meets.
