Theresa Strake, OTR/L, is a full-time occupational therapist at the Axes Farmington clinic. Originally from Ballwin, MO, Theresa earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Maryville University in 2024 and now calls St. Francois County home.

Theresa is passionate about helping patients improve their independence through meaningful, functional activities that make everyday life easier. She enjoys the positive, collaborative environment of outpatient therapy and has experience working with the pediatric population. She is dedicated to helping patients recover from upper extremity injuries and conditions so they can return to the activities that matter most.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys painting with acrylics and oils, hiking, and exploring local parks.
