Originally from the Bay Area in California, Zach moved to Missouri to attend Saint Louis University, where he earned both his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Zach brings a strong foundation in movement and strength from his time as a personal trainer and is passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and exceed their own expectations. He especially enjoys working with older adults and finds it rewarding to help them realize they’re capable of more than they thought—like picking up pickleball in their 70s. Outside the clinic, Zach enjoys playing soccer and pickleball, hiking, water sports, reading, and spending time at local cafés. His goal is always to empower people to move and feel better in their everyday lives.
Don’t let an injury, surgery or nagging pain keep you from doing the things you love.
