At Axes Physical Therapy, giving back is part of who we are. As a locally owned organization with 23 clinics throughout the Greater St. Louis area, we believe our responsibility to the community extends well beyond the clinic walls.
Each month, through the Axes Physical Therapy Foundation, we support a staff-nominated nonprofit with a monetary donation to help meet immediate needs. This February, we are proud to support Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue
Axes Gives Back: Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue
Diamonds in the Ruff Rescue MO is a Missouri-based nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. Their mission focuses on saving animals from neglect, abandonment, overcrowded shelters, and unsafe conditions, giving them a second chance at a safe and loving home.
Through foster networks, medical care, behavioral support, and adoption placement, Diamonds in the Ruff works to ensure each dog receives the care and stability needed to thrive.

Why This Cause Matters
Rescue work is about more than finding homes for animals. It is about compassion, responsibility, and strengthening the communities we live in.
Many rescue dogs arrive needing medical treatment, rehabilitation, or behavioral support. With patience and care, they are given the opportunity to heal and rebuild trust. That process mirrors something we see every day in our clinics — recovery takes time, support, and the right environment.
