As of May 2026, Axes Physical Therapy proudly celebrates an incredible milestone — our 10-year company anniversary.
What began in the Southern St. Louis region has grown into a network of 24 clinics serving communities throughout Greater St. Louis and Mid-Missouri — and we’re still growing. This journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our patients, clients, employees, referral partners, friends, and family members who have stood beside us every step of the way.
As a locally operated physical therapy organization led by physical therapists, our mission has always remained centered around people — helping individuals heal, regain confidence, and get back to doing the things they love most.

When we opened our doors in 2016, our goal was simple: provide exceptional, patient-centered care while building a culture rooted in compassion, community, and service.
